2.5. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or cancel payments through your payment provider except for bona fide disputes. Doing so may result in suspension or termination of your account and may prompt collection actions.

4. Products and Services

4.1. We sell digital access keys, activation tokens, and related digital goods (“Keys”) and other digital products. Keys grant limited access to the digital content or services described at the time of purchase.

4.2. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our Keys and products; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

4.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service offered on the website at any time without prior notice.

4.4. We do not accept responsibility for unauthorized use of Keys once delivered; keys may be revoked or invalidated where fraud, resale, or misuse is suspected.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Desire Software or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5.3. Purchasing a Key does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property; it only grants a limited license or right to use as described at purchase.

6. Key Use & Restrictions

6.1. Each Key is subject to the usage terms shown at the time of purchase and may be single-use, time-limited, or otherwise restricted.

6.2. Sharing, reselling, transferring, or publishing Keys is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to share or resell Keys may result in immediate revocation and account termination.

6.3. We reserve the right to revoke or replace Keys if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, or other violations of these Terms.

6.4. Attempting to tamper with activation mechanisms, or to circumvent any security or verification measures, is prohibited.

7. Refunds & Replacements

7.1. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales of Keys and digital goods are final. Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

7.2. If a Key is shown to be invalid due to our error, we may, at our option, issue a replacement Key or refund the purchase price. This is the exclusive remedy for invalid Keys supplied by us.

7.3. We are not liable for Key invalidation resulting from actions by third parties beyond our control (for example, revocation by a third-party publisher).

8. Acceptable Use / Legal Disclaimer

8.1. We are an independent reseller that provides license keys only. We do not develop, distribute, own, or maintain any of the software associated with these keys.

8.2. By purchasing or using any license key from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

8.6. We do not endorse, condone, or facilitate cheating, exploitation, or the circumvention of any digital rights management (DRM), anti-cheat, or security measures.

9. Advertising & Distribution

9.1. Advertising other products, services, commercial entities, sellers, shops, marketplaces, or anything that could lead customers away from our website and towards purchasing from another source is strictly prohibited. This includes attempts to redirect traffic or promote competing products in a disruptive manner.

9.2. Sharing access to our services with others, including access to your account, Keys, or private sub-services (e.g., private Telegram or Discord groups), is not allowed. Any violations of this rule may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

10. Monitoring, Privacy & Cooperation

10.1. We may collect and retain usage logs, activation records, and transaction details to detect fraud and enforce these Terms. By using our services you consent to such collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2. We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, game publishers, platform operators, and payment processors including sharing buyer information where required by law or contract.

11. Indemnification

11.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Desire Software, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

(a) your breach of these Terms;

(b) your misuse of Keys; or

12.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Desire Software SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SOLD.

12.2. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, activation, or use of any license key or related software.

13.2. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from software bans, account suspensions, data loss, or violations of third-party terms and conditions.

13.3. All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13.4. Your use of any license key constitutes your acceptance of full responsibility for all associated risks.

14. Changes to Terms & Notice

14.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 5 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14.2. By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
